I grew up in northern California and on Oahu (Honolulu), where I graduated with a Business Degree from the University of Hawaii.  After working several years in the export transportation industry in the San Jose area, I went back to school to study tax and financial planning while gaining experience as a tax preparer and teaching basic tax courses.  I achieved a goal to come back to Hawaii, this time to Hilo, where I accepted a position managing a small tax office.  I discovered an opportunity to combine my financial background with real estate by becoming a licensed Hawaii real estate sales agent in 2000.  Since then, I have earned a Realtor Broker and Accredited Buyers Representative designations, "Top Listing and Sales Agent" award, served as Treasurer and nominated for "Realtor of the Year" by the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors. 

My experience is well-rounded in helping clients buy and sell vacant land, acreage, homes, condos and 1031 investment properties all over the Big Island.  I enjoy this sometimes challenging profession of helping people buy and sell property.  Part of the reward are the continued relationships and referrals from the many clients who have become my friends and neighbors.  I have helped over 350 Buyers and Sellers in successful real estate transactions... I would like to help you too!
